Getting Started

Creating Your Account

Sign up for free to start building your digital library. You'll need:

  • A valid email address
  • A secure password (minimum 8 characters)

Browsing and Searching

Find your next great read:

  • Use the search bar to find specific titles or authors
  • Browse by category or genre
  • Check out our curated collections and recommendations

Making Purchases

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • P24 (Przelewy24)
  • BLIK

Purchase Process

  1. Choose your preferred format (eBook, Audiobook, or Bundle)
  2. Click "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now"
  3. Review your order and proceed to checkout
  4. Enter payment information securely through Stripe
  5. Receive confirmation and access your books in "My Library"

Note: Payment processing typically takes a few minutes but may take up to 1 business day. You'll receive an email confirmation once your payment is processed.

Downloading Your Books

Available Formats

  • PDF: Compatible with all devices, best for fixed-layout books
  • EPUB: Reflowable format, ideal for e-readers and mobile devices
  • MOBI: Format for Kindle devices
  • MP3: Audio format for audiobooks

How to Download

  1. Go to "My Library" after logging in
  2. Find the book you want to download
  3. Click the download button for your preferred format
  4. The file will be saved to your device's default download location

Account Management

Profile Settings

Update your account information, including:

  • Name and email address
  • Password and security settings
  • Notification preferences
  • Language preferences

Order History

View all your past purchases and download invoices from your account dashboard.

Troubleshooting

Common Issues

I can't download my purchased book

Ensure you're logged in to the account that made the purchase. If the payment is still processing, please wait up to 24 hours.

My payment was declined

Check with your bank or card issuer. Ensure you have sufficient funds and that international transactions are enabled.

I forgot my password

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email.
